Returns Policy

If something's off with your order, here's exactly how we make it right. Short version: 14 days, unopened cases, full refund. Damaged in transit? We replace at no cost.

We stand behind every can we ship. If there's an issue, we fix it — fast and fairly.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests submitted after that window may not be accepted.

2. What's Returnable

  • Unopened cases, full case (12 or 24 cans), in original packaging, undamaged. Refunded in full minus original shipping cost.
  • Wrong item shipped — we cover return shipping and replace at no cost.
  • Damaged in transit — no return needed. Just send a photo of the damage and we'll replace.

3. What's Not Returnable

  • Opened or partially consumed cans (food safety regulations).
  • Single-can purchases or sample packs (final sale).
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers — those go through the retailer's return policy.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@drinkzerohour.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll respond within one business day with a return authorization (RA) number and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
  3. Pack the cases in their original box, drop off at any UPS or USPS location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Refunds

Full refund on product cost. Original shipping is excluded unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged cans, the box, and the shipping label.
  2. Email orders@drinkzerohour.com within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and the photos.

We'll replace damaged cans at no cost on the next outbound run — no return required.

7. Wrong Address

If a shipment is returned because the address you provided was incorrect, we'll refund the product cost minus the original shipping. You can also opt to re-ship at your expense.

8. Pre-Order Cancellations

You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships for a full refund. No questions asked.
