We keep shipping simple, fast, and reliable — no surprises.
1. Where We Ship
At launch, Drink Zero Hour ships to all 50 US states, including APO/FPO addresses for active-duty military with the same flat-rate pricing — we cover the difference. We don't ship to PO Boxes for case orders due to carrier restrictions on heavier liquid shipments.
International shipping is on the roadmap. Join the Founders List to be notified when your country opens.
2. Shipping Costs
- Single-can & sample packs: flat rate calculated at checkout.
- 12-can case: $9.95 standard ground.
- 24-can case (2 cases): $14.95 standard ground.
- Founders List members: free standard shipping on case orders and above.
- APO/FPO/military addresses: we cover the upcharge — same flat rate as continental US.
3. Delivery Times
Once an order ships, expected transit times are:
- Standard ground: 3–7 business days within the US.
- Expedited (2-day): 2 business days, available at checkout for an upcharge.
- Overnight: 1 business day, only available to selected ZIP codes.
Pre-orders ship during the first production run, estimated Q1 2026. You'll receive tracking the moment your order leaves the warehouse.
We'll keep you updated throughout production so you know exactly where your order stands.
4. Order Processing
For in-stock items, orders typically process within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Orders placed Friday after 12 PM ET ship the next Monday.
5. Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking link when your order ships. Logged-in users can also see live tracking on their account dashboard.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email orders@drinkzerohour.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of any damage. We'll replace at no cost — no return required for damaged cans.
7. Address Accuracy
Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We can update an address before the order ships — message us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once a label prints, we can't reroute.
8. Carriers
We currently use UPS Ground, USPS Priority, and FedEx depending on destination and order weight.
